Sorry, I can't give you a recommendation as I don't have so much experience in Finland, maybe I was just lucky. And I can't tell you what kind of race types have what score rate either. For me, Cebu in the Philippines remains my top favorite spot. I would give a lot in order to live nearer to South East Asia.
