Go online and order it from China. It takes some time because of customs delays but it is better and cheaper. My wife did it and she was very happy. Others that she bought in the Bronx were garbage.

I plan to buy this for a chica. Never did that before and did some reading. Looks like there are two kinds. The clip kind and the "weft" kind, which not sure how it is attached. Would like to know the preference and custom in the DR between those two and what are the best places quality / price wise, here in the States, to buy virgin human hair.

Maybe we did. I did stay at the T-Water, on the beach, for a couple of times and then in some cottages up in the hills. I did not like the crowd at Rick's either but the road leading up to it was very fun to drive fast with a stick shift Datsun. Never realize a chicken had so many feathers until you see it floating around in your rear view mirror.

Cuba Dave is saying on his Facebook that Classico's is charging P2,000 Cover Charge? I don't believe it, maybe P200. Can anybody confirm?

Just returned and Sosua is en fuego and off the charts and there are no cover charges anywhere except for Classicos.

You might consider it a cover charge if you go to Ranch Tipico because the tool that runs the place (and claims to be the owner but isn't) is such a bigoted idiot that you'll probably leave before you finish your drink.

For those of you thinking of driving through the mountain road short cut between Sosua and Santiago be carefull. Definitely not the road to take at night because of full of potholes. Daytime is ok if you are a good driver and know how to drive on bad roads. I have had plenty of experience.

You can take road via Puerto Plata which is better. Only problem is you need to overtake slow moving trucks sometimes in blind spots. I am good at white knuckle driving.

Roads on the north coast is much better and well maintained. So if you rent a car at POP airport and just stay on north coast you should be fine. You can go all the way to Haiti border. You can in to Haiti as well but they are notorious for stealing cars but if you have Haiti Chica as your friend it is fine.

Last night for this trip. True to form lots of ugly girls. One reasonably good looking girl wanted 250 dollars for TLN. Laughed at her and said no. Back to the casino and I was lucky this trip. Classico is closed today. Do not know why. Rumba filled up with girls but still more ugly ones. Same girl who wanted 250 dollars there and asked me how much I am willing to pay. I said 2500 pesos.
