This is really true. He does not think twice to lie through his teeth and make you stand in hot sun for an hour just extending 5 minutes at a time.

It actually works in his favour for 2 reasons.

1) he can service other customers in that time.

2) You already waited for a long time so will think twice to return back on seeing a hippo of a girl.
