Is Launch now still in China?

Have not heard from my bro Launch Now a while. Wonder if he is having a good time in China. Last I heard he was dating some young sales girls in ShenZhen with lots of tattoos. As far as I know, Chinese girls are very clean and conservative, rarely would they sport tattoos. Those with tattoos are usually hoes for Triads or Yakuzas, the equivalent of bikers' hoes in America.

I am scheduled for a tour of Asia in the Fall. Will spend a few days in ShenZhen, may be ChongPing, catching up with old friends.

Post some news how you are and how to get your sexy fun. PM or email me how to get hold of you.

As far as the Shanghai Princess Syndrome, I don't think the sauna girls I was with gave a rip about whether I own a house and a car, they only cared that I had enough money to pay the session fare. They treated me well enough in my sauna pajama and not the Armani spring collection left in the change room locker.

    Isown, when there

    Ikksman,

I understand price is dependent on supply and demand, and it is not surprising that prices for mongering went way up after the crackdown, when there is even more occupational hazard. But I found other than house prices, things appear to be a little more expensive in Shenzhen than Shanghai. I do not know if others find the same thing. Maybe it is because Shenzhen is the latest boom town, and also the prices reflect the level of nearby Hong Kong.

I did say I had not been Shenzhen long enough or often enough to have a really fair basis for comparing Shenzhen girls to Shanghai girls.

And a good number of WGs in Shanghai are gorgeous. I have not partaken in mongering in Shenzhen because I still have not located any lead as to where to go, so my impression may be erroneous, but I am hard pressed to say there are many girls (in theory) I'd seen in Shenzhen whom I would shell out 1500 rmb for a short time FS. I think Shanghai is a monger's paradise.
Did you know that Shanghai was only the major city that largely escaped the great Yanda of CNY 2014 (until now)? So P4P comparisons with other cities are not on even playing fields.

We know North China girls are taller and better able to pull a bus out of a snowbank than the more dainty, gentle Chinese courtesans of the South, who of course have less princess syndrome than the "Do you have a house? Do you have a car" Northerners. But, as always, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Correct. I do not have much experience with massage / sauna, my first visit actually but I thought it sounded very expensive. I can mention that this place was not flashy at all. Think Chinese 2 or 3 star hotel and you get the feeling. I can agree with the looks on SZ WGs, to me 70% are below average on looks but that might be because I did not visit any KTV yet.

    Expensive is right

    Expensive

Found a massage place that was located in a Luohu area hotel. I did not go there for massage but I just had to find out what type of place it was. 90 minute massage for 300 and FS for 1500 (selected customers only, BS or not who knows.) Anyway I did not try and I probably never will for that price.

DUUUH!

Alternatively, as long as the media can get their name in the headlines by sneaking in cameras and making a report of illicit activities, it will continue to have a negative impact. When the raids cease to be headlines and the attention shifts to something else (the hot topic of the day, whatever), then activity will begin to return to normal.

In the meantime, and because I am a bit paranoid, the less reporting on this or any other forum, of open places, prices, directions, activities, etc, etc;, the better.

The wide open activity in CP, CA, and the detailed reporting that was going on, I am sure must have contributed to the intensity of the crackdown, at least in that area.

Oh well, here's hoping that things improve before I am really too old to enjoy them!!
I don't think the loss of income is at the forefront of their minds when they are cracking down on corruption. Its not doing the owner of many of the CP "entertainment venues" who is very publically being prosecuted.

A secondary objective of the campaign is to increase the popular standing of the government and improve stability (a huge issue). However, this has backfired as the public has become increasingly angry reading about the extent of the looting of public assets and the tigers' stashes of billions in gold, cash, properties and mistresses.

I suspect that this campaign 'backfire' may shortly improve the opportunities for our hobby. Fewer tigers and their flies will be taken down and the number of major prostitution raids will decrease. This will initially occur in places like Guangdong where the dominant high level Jiang Zemin/Zhou Yongkang supporters have already been removed.

But another possibility is increased media censorship of both the anti-corruption campaign and corruption itself. The government's censorship manoeuvres will adversely affect mongers in China.

    Just my opinion!

You would barely recognise both sides of Shazui Road.

And yes, these places never recover to their former glory. They remain pitiful shadows of their former glory. Shenzhen and Zhuhai are prime examples.

BTW the Shenzhen crackdown appears to now extend to the outlying districts of Shenzhen. Previously the crackdown had concentrated on Luohu and Futian. Two weeks (May 14) ago, there was a raid on a hotel KTV in Shawan, Longgang district. It was highly publicised with the media in attendance during the raid (see photo below).

Again, I agree. Most villages have some action, although many of the BBSs are for locals only - foreigners are not welcome! And Xiangxi village is being raided a number of times every week.

I live in Shenzhen. People that go to Shazui are the ones that go back to Chang Ping, hoping that miraculously things have gone back in time.

As for the raid in Shawan the reason for the publicity was the partygoers arrested were a group Hong Kong ex-policemen. Why is it that everytime that a place gets raided, people scream "crackdown" here on this website. Prostitution is illegal 365 days a year in China. I had a party in Shawan a few months back and one guy got arrested going back to the girl's house. He was detained a few hours, got fined rmb20,000 which the KTV paid and let go. I didn't hear of any crackdown going on then.

There are a few BBS around like any village in Shenzhen but I wouldn't waste the taxi fare to get there.

As for the girl, if she asks how much, make here an offer and see what she counters with. Its negotiation. Why get offended? If she asks for money she is not an ex-WG, SHE IS A WG!
