I've been in AMS for 2 days now, and I can't wait to get the FK out. The RLD isn't what it used to be. I was here last in 2011 and before that in 2009. Both quality and quantity are at an all time low. I'd say the top quality girls are 6's and if you're lucky you just might find a 7. I think the RLD would be your best bet. I've never been there myself that early but I know there are girls starting around 9 or 10 AM.
However there won't be dozens of them, the pickings will be slim.

30 min for € 50 might be possible with an Eastern European girl in the Molensteeg or with a Latina or African girl next to the Old Church (but the latter is not recommendable).
Eastern European girls are your best bet for BBBJ.
DFK and DATY will be more difficult to get.

If there are hardly any girls in the main RLD you can try the Singel RLD.
