During the last couple years I use AIRBNB. But sometimes it gets to be a hassle to get the keys. But there are some really good managers. What I found out is most of the listings on AIRBNB aren't actually owned by the person on AIRBNB. Some people might have dozens of listings on AIRBNB. They usually are a property management company, or an entrepreneur trying to make money managing these.

AIRBNB is pretty good. There are quite a few lists on here as well. I didn't have problems at San Fernando Plaza, but this time their price is about 2-3 times as much as it was earlier this year. I'm not sure what that is about.

How many times did we hear that from a chica in Colombia, as lousy justification for missing a meeting, not being reachable, etc?

Yesterday I went to Luna Lunera. Frankly I remembered a better line-up from past years. Also, the weekend is not the best time to go there: lots of guys sitting who want to party, with the same number of available girls who are overbooked.

First negative surprise: the new policy says that the minimum order is 3 beers, or 3 whiskies, or 3 whatsoever. OK, I understand they don't want cheap guys to sit down and have 1 Poker, so I order 3 beers for me. Afte a while, I am sitting with a girl, and I want to order something for her to drink.

Again the waiter: "Do you want 3 tequilas? Or 3 whiskies? Or 3... ?" WTF! I already took my 3 items, I understand the minimum order policy applies to the first order, not to any subsequent order! It looks like anything here comes multiplied in 3 copies.

I ask the girl if I can take her to the room alone, or she must come with 2 girls more to obey the x3 policy. No, girls can come single.

After some negotiation, we can order a single drink for the girl (20k).

However, let me go back to the subject. The girl tells me her phone is old, because the good one was damaged because "se mojó". I wonder if she's justifying in advance for missing calls? Hey so I realize it seems the only game in town where there are consistent 8's and above is Energy. I think it's because they are the most organized. I feel like Medellin needs a new place that's strictly 9+. I know that BS place that overcharges fell off but guys don't you feel a new place could emerge?? Is a foreigner allowed to have a biz like this down there? Imagine if one of our own opened a place there! Anyone else though of doing this?

It's COP 35 k for 30 mins and COP 60 k for 1 HR. Seems you are supposed to decide beforehand what you want, but the mamasan took a 50 k deposit off me and promised to refund me if I was out in 30 minutes. .
