I don't think the reception folks really care whether you request a specific therapist or not. In fact, my experience says that they are used to such requests all the time. If you do want to try a different therapist each time better to mention whom you tried last time and ask for her not to be repeated. Once you have become a little more familiar with the spas you will find this easier to deal with.
