If you just want to deal with Pro's and working girls, You don't need to know Portuguese your money is good enough, But the working girls your dealing with is the left over trash that everybody has fucked already. Maybe my question was misleading. Year's ago I lived in China and the places I went to there I wouldn't recommend a newbie to; it would have been leading the lamb to slather, now my chines wasn't god at all but I dig get around with it and over the years I got the know how (today all gone) but without it I would had been screwed over million times (I only got screwed mile times learning hehe), now in China I never worried about things getting violent they just overcharge you as much as they could.

So my question was more related to that, if I venture out to the places I find in gpgua (they have similar type forums in China) for example that's more for the locals and not for gringos without the ability to speak Porto will they try to royally screw you over every possible way or will I get something positive out of it, and from a safety perspective, is it worth the risk?. Or is it a risk? . to wandering off the normal gringo tourist grid without Porto.

BTW I never been to Philippines but I done some in HK and SH, great girls but nothing compare to Brazilians when it comes to fucking hehehe.

The price for all night at mabs was what we paid 3-400 but I wouldn't agree that this is the bottom scrap, for sure the lowest 30% is not much but when we was there it always turned up hot ones late at night. The quality in places like Barbarella, 4 x4 is just more even and don't have that bottom scrap. The different from my perspective was that mabs covered all the scale and the ugly ones usually with god English ability's thrived on that (usually the ones working the crowd hardest). That's how I looked at the situation.

The picture I got from the mabs girl I did when I asked why she didn't work in a place like Barb, she had the look, the moves, friends working there and everything required (I did 3 different from barb this trip). Normally at barb the get a customer every 2 e day, sure they get better paid but a bad week there can be hard. At mabs she got work almost every day, more party and she felt it was more fun going to mabs when she needed cash and bigger freedom. And I believe that's why the quality got up later in the evening, girls coming in from other venues. But I might be wrong.

Barb supposed to be top of the pops but I wasn't impressed (only 1 high end club in SP impressed me this trip). I got the feeling that in Rio it's a lot of leg work if you want to find hot girls for a god price, and to speak Porto is an necessity, am I wrong here? 3 days Rio side trip recap. Went to MC on Sat, Mabs Sunday, 4 x4 and Centaurio (Ipanema). I was in Rio 8-10 years ago and had one of the hottest girls I've ever been with at L-Uumo. Not this time. Lots of young eye candy in Ipanema daytime but that's not the kind you get in the termas. Most girls were big butt ghetto hood rats for lack of a better term. MC and 4 x4 are not anywhere near what I had expected to be a Hi end clean, both rather dirty and dark dance floor places. Now maybe these were not the best nights and there are hundreds of other thermas in Rio but that's a lot of leg work. The ride from Ipanema to centro is at least 30 minutes and that's with no rush hour traffic. And if you are coming all the way on a 12 hour flight one should expect quality without therma hopping. Maybe things have moved to freelance scene in nightclubs I didn't get a chance to check those out. Also surprised a big city like Rio doesn't have a big late night freelance afters (like Love Story SP). If you've got a week and look in the right places you will probably do better. But in terms of quality and if you are looking for 18-21 age fresh girls I don't think you will find it in Rio easily. Maybe some escorts and searching Tinder profiles. I am comparing to what you get in Bangkok lots of fresh talent or German FKK clubs in terms of quality. But if you are looking to bang numbers Brazilian girls are the best, kissing, BBBJ etc etc is just normal for them. Also a disappointment compared to SP where you've got big clubs like Foto and Bomboa and Kilt full of hot babes, I think Rio is more oriented towards termas compared to SP. Well I just came back from Rio about a week ago. Most of the Action is in the Termas. I did not even bother to check out Mabs, as I know the quality will be subpar. After the Olympics Brazil will turn back into the glory days, Its already turning into a bargain. If you check Out Tam Airlines, They have specials to RIO, Round Trip Airfare for $500 Flat, And the Currency will be 5 to 1 by next year. You just have to wait until the Olympics Hype is over and then you are really going to see a bust, as everybody is going to cash out and run!

Christmas to New Year is the peak season for all foreign tourism in Brazil. Propably the worst week to monger during the whole year. The 25:th all puteiros are closed, the same goes for the 26:th and 27:th, propably the 31:st as well. They should be open only the 28-30 of Dezember. Most likely many girls won't turn up during these three days. They will be with their families or travel.

Terma and spa / massage parlors have rooms and you're supposed to do it in the house.

Mabs is a bar with FL girls so you need to take them back to your apartment or hotel, alternative love motel (the girls know) and the same goes for Barbarella and other places (it's possible barb have rooms, I don't remember).

In SP I think all the clubs like Bomboa, Gauguin, Casario (at least the one I been to) and so on have rooms for rent or love motel close by, but you always have the option to bring them back to the hotel. I didn't found a FL bar option like mabs in SP.

It's a 2 part report on RJ, nothing new that's not written here already but I contribute anyway, maybe some other tourist get something out of this. A report from a short time tourist perspective didn't have time to write while there so it's not a day fresh report. Sorry for my crappy English.

I am middle age, don't speak Porto and don't see the meaning of learning just for using it a couple of day with years between. Just there for a couple of days and didn't want to waste too much time searching pussy, (Centro spa and so on) so I spend some extra cash and did it the easy / lazy tourist trap way, I'm not much for the 3 e hole and I don't ask if they do. Been all over and I think I am pretty god to see the signs and picking out the god girls in this biz. I always aim for the lookers but think attitude beats look every day playing this game.

Accommodation part 1. Rio apartment around posto5. Ok apartment, very basic, but it worked for us. Can recommend there service, don't have any complaints.

First night.

Late arrival so the terma / spa option wasn't there, well MC is open to 02.00 I think, but we skipped that. Taxi to Mabs, eat drink and checked out the options there, but it was a little too early to get rolling, but at that point we didn't know that, based on reports here we assumed that it will only be a place to drink and watch the world pass by. Off to senso?(not sure about the name) around the corner, not much happen there, some hot ones but still too early, A couple of beers and off to Barbarella.

OK quality on the girls, there were some doable hot ones there.
