Delhi is much better and cheaper than Mumbai. I'd say it's even much better than Thailand. You get all shapes and sized in Delhi at great prices. I have the privilege of mongering in just one mall in Gurgaon and I ended up taking 6 massages in 2 days. The place has gone through some events, but seems to have settled. The buildings are working. Don't forget to go on all the floors. Rates are something like 2200,3500 and 5500. Rest is more or less same, except that LE action is frequent and unpredictable. If you know SP no. It is advisable to check with them as sometimes, without prior notice they may close it from 4-11 pm. It has happened many a times. The place is not the safest anymore.
