Just got back home from a 12 day trip to Bali. Monday, November 30 and Tuesday December 1 2015 - Ubud.

Took Lion Air 8. 20 AM flight from Jakarta to Denpasar on Monday arriving about 11.00 AM in Denpasar. Decided not to look for any taxi outside as I was going to Ubud and not to Kota nor Sanur. After that I did find a small Indo restaurant and had one of their specialties. Crispy fried duck. It really is fried to the extent that there is nothing to eat! Next day had breakfast at the hotel. A huge spread of both Asian and western dishes plus fruit and the Bali thick black coffee. Great breakfast. Like you, I stood my ground and always managed to get FS for 300,000 in the end but apart from that regular I mention, the price for getting that 300,000 was more often than not a huffy face and one in particular, a newbie, even told me - "You no good" several times (fair enough and maybe she has a point, but a sure way for her to destroy any chance of building up a good reputation and returnees).

According to the regular I had who was happy with 300,000, there are few Girls left in Angel Salon now who will accept 300,000 so easily. If that comes from experienced ones giving great service ok, but there is a face saving element going on between them with discussion about how much they got from customers, that even the new Girls with little skill will try for 400,000-500,000 (or more, if a customer is none the wiser).

I've always preferred Angel Salon over the Sanur places because of what I find to be greater enthusiasm during the FS, and was willing to pay a little bit more for that but only up to a point. It was never a case of hard nosed market haggling in my case, but friendly and cheeky ass grabbing, kneck kissing and winning them round that way.

Protracted haggling does dent the experience somewhat though, if things are going that way increasingly.

I want Bali before a 5 year ago travel with my family now I need go to Bali a again but this time we need to work.

That isn't very happy because my boss need to come with us. This is bad news he is a big trouble.

He want me don't worry the business he can take care. But he want find the girls.

How much us dollars can find the ST or LT girls not very beautiful is normal on Bali Kuta Sanur.
