What's safe depends on your underlying medical conditions. If you're of advancing age and / or have heart trouble (e. G. Low blood pressure, or using nitroglycerine, or angina), be very careful and consult a doctor about dosage.

In my 40's, I find that 25 MG (half of a 50 MG pill) works just well enough.

Viagra has a fairly short half-life (about 4 h), and I don't think it has long-term effects, so I assume using it every is not too risky, but again, all depends on your general state. Quite a few times, I got into an uncomfortable state where medication allows me to continue fucking, but I'm not actually into it and would prefer it to finish, which is physically difficult.

Do note that while Viagra makes your physical erection stronger (and far less likely to subside once you get going), it is not an aphrodisiac, it won't make you horny and is of limited use if you initially aren't turned on or sufficiently stimulated.
