What's safe depends on your underlying medical conditions. If you're of advancing age and / or have heart trouble (e. G. Low blood pressure, or using nitroglycerine, or angina), be very careful and consult a doctor about dosage.

In my 40's, I find that 25 MG (half of a 50 MG pill) works just well enough.

Viagra has a fairly short half-life (about 4 h), and I don't think it has long-term effects, so I assume using it every is not too risky, but again, all depends on your general state.
