If you read his site, you will see that one bad review cuts girls business by 80%. In a business where YMMV, it is a little unfair if some guy doesn't get the ride of a lifetime even though he is fat, has BO and bad breath. My point is one bad review may not be relevant. I also must say there are bad reviews. They aren't horrible but I recall a review about a girl that thought she was shorted and got hotel to bring her back up to get her extra 100 rmb. (it was a mistake between the girl and the person booking. The guy just gave what he was supposed to.). This was a bad review. There was also other reviews that talked about a girl not being a great lay. The mediocre reviews are there you just have to read them. I do know they are not horrible but there are bad ones.

I don't believe one bad review will cut a girl's business by 80 percent. I can speak from my own experience. I submitted a somewhat mixed review that sng refused to publish. I felt I was quite fair but included information that a future client should be aware of. After that experience, I continued to subscribe to Sng but have no longer used its escorts (I still rely on Sng for sauna info).

Sng can follow up any negative review by qualifying the remarks, or noting they have spoken to the girl. But cutting out negative reviews without expressly indicating that strikes me as less than forthcoming. And I say that as a Sng fan and subscriber.

I think you will really like Manhattan. Wall to wall FLs. Mostly from Vietnam. There are some real stunners here too.

Some of the girls are really direct and will immediately ask to go back to the room.

Others, however, will wait to get a rapport going before popping the question. And the meantime you can dance, flirt and even make out with them.

Prices are pretty steep / But I know you are not the kind of guy to sweat the money if you can have an amazing time.

Judy's is another option and is close by. However, I think prettier girls can be found at Manhattan.

Both clubs are walking distance from each other (in the Jiag'an Temple area) so you can check out both easily in one evening out.

Ther are plenty of upscale nigh clubs in the Bund. Maybe try your luck there? Also I ws able to set up a couple of dates with regular girls on Wechat. But it was pretty slow going with those girls so I just went to Manhattans instead.

It seems there is some karma between us, we keep on banging into each other in diff forums. I've tried Manhatten when I used to live in Sng 6 year ago they used to call me Jesus then I was the same then I am the same now must have fucked each and every Viet from there Judy was a slow place then but the BBQ outside Judy's was better then Manhatten and the lb's were a chilled out lot to talk to, I've had a lot of fun in shanghai used to live in bodi it was newly built in the family suite and travel every night around 12 to the bund to bar Rouge or some other farang bar I forgot the name, then someone told me Hollywood in Xintiandi tried that for a couple of nights fucked 2 or 3 Chinese babes but no fun in sex then this club I forgot mint or m2 near some park on both the sides of park were these clubs but again no success then got hooked to Manhatten as I am now hooked to Moscow in Dubai where ever I used to go in shanghai on any night at 3 am I had to land in Manhatten every night as I am a WG myself, used to sit and chat with then Viets, there were a few Thais there also, occasional Mongolians and once in a week Russians used to come but that was rare, have eaten in the outside BBQ a lot with Viets in the cold months of November to February with sometimes raining non-stop and me drinking and eating used to be a corona drinker then and the bar boy's used to bring my drink outside near the cart fucking crazy I was.

Women used to come to my home for food and I still used to pay them 700-1000 and to eat the breakfast at Bodi and enjoy the facilities in my room, I have till date never gone in Bodi's bar or enjoyed the breakfast but Viet women in my room always had that crazy me. Manhatten was my base in shanghai of my 1 year stint in shanghai, I have made out in the mens washroom, in the alley which leads to the bathroom, danced on the bar and I used to sit on the bar and drink many times I was young and crazy then I am old and less crazy now.

But we have to meet to try the crazy times again.

I believe consumers are smart enough to assess both positive and negative reviews. Negative reviews are an important incentive for girls to take it up a notch. Since they know Steven cuts most negative reviews, girls realize they can get away with mediocre service. As I said, I immensely admire Steven and am happy to pay him my sng fee, but he makes a poor choice by manipulating the reviews.

I guess that's the name it should go by. It's the new place down the street from 45 mansion (same owner). Finally got there tonight.

Good:

Brand new. Just opened in November and with the shutdown, it's probably only been open for 2 months.

120 girls, 60 rooms.

Nice lounge area.

Bad:

Expensive! Prices start at 1200.

Busy. Ok, I went on a Friday night, but fuck, I had to wait to pay!

Poor maintenance. Even though it's brand new, the hose for the shower had plastic wrapped around it to keep it from spraying and the bed sheets were stained.

Will I go there again, probably not. At least not as long as my contact is also booking 45 mansion. He clearly told me no waiting there at all (but only 40 girls).

I haven't been there since it reopened, but I believe the prices have gone up - 1300 should be the minimum. As all the places I know well enough to recommend are in that area (I live less than a block from the pine club), don't think my recommendations will be very helpful to you.

I can only talk about what I experienced with SNG. Had two bookings with them couple of weeks ago. First was a 2 HR outcall with one of the independent WGs from the site. This was in detail as described on the page, from the ease of booking via WeChat to the accuracy of the girls pictures and the behavior noted in the comments from fellow Mongolians.

Secondly I booked a day time tour that was just great, as above, great contact in the booking phase, perfect company through out the tour. In my mind Steven holds up to his promises and reputation.

I also agree the sng is an awesome site (I'm a member). However, I agree with your criticisms of Steven's otherwise stellar contribution to Shanghai mongering. Many years ago, when Amazon briefly considered deleting negative reviews if product manufacturers paid a fee, there was an outcry. Assuming pine club is the place next to the hongqiao Hilton, it is now open. My contact is updating daily on wechat. Some other hi end places in minhang are also reopened, 45 mansion and the place just down the street in the local hotel.

I've been debating with myself whether or not to post this, but decided I should based on some of the recent discussions. Before I start, I want to clarify my position: I believe every Shanghai mongerer benefits from the service Steven and his site provides!

However, some issues have come to my attention recently, and it may be that I was just naive, but I thought it worthy of mentioning. First, all the pictures are not in fact real. You have to read through the comments to verify this if you want to. What I've learned is that if an individual page does not say "verified" pictures, they are probably not actually her. Now, from reading comments, it seems that sng does verify that they are reflective of the person (hight, shape, etc) - but not the person. I would also add that there is question as to how often they are verified. For sure I think it's unrealistic to expect monthly checks, but in one case I experienced, she looked so different from her pictures that I almost had to hold the picture next to her to see it was in fact the same girl (no need to go into additional details as she has been removed).

The other detail recently identified is that no negative reviews are permitted at all. I kinda realized this sometime time ago, but it became clearer recently. Negative comments must go through the complaint form.

Steven, as discussed, I am absolutely not trying to start a war. I truly believe Shanghai is a better place for us hobbiests with your involvement. And I may simply be the one that has been very naive. So, please don't take offense to this post, nor any of the likely stupid comments from some of the Trolls that wander this forum.

Jiang Li is scheduled to reopen very soon, we expect to get a confirmation very soon for that.

Pine Club there is no "plan" to reopen and no forecast if there is a chance or not for them.

Kang Ding is still "on hold" like all the saunas in Jing An District and there is a 50/50 chance that they can reopen soon.

Back in shanghai, one of my favorite cities and a place I have been to many times over the years. Seems like I'm getting conflicting thoughts on the current situation in Shanghai. A lot of my favorite places have closed down (Jiang Li, Pine Club, Kang Ding) which to me suggests that it's really windy and risky nowadays. But I read reports that some of these may be re-opening soon. Do you guys know if any of the old awesome places like Jiang Li, Pine Club in Minhang and Kang Ding will make a comeback soon? Or are they gone forever?

Miss those places so so much.
