This has to be one of the most interesting reports I've ever read. "most have forgotten their email" but "I have yet to meet a filipina who uses email".

I have yet to meet a filipina who uses email. I have met plenty who's knows you need an email to set up FB and have forgotten their email address and or password. That is the reason many have several FB accounts, they have forgotten the password. You can see it by the years of their FB pages.

I have helped some set up email to download apps on their cell phones and they have no clue what an email account is. Most have forgotten their email address and or password.

Best to use Viber.

RK, you've been a great contributor, and a class act. Nevertheless, some of these gals are at Net Cafes. They have to come up with passwords more often in those situations. Many of us have computers automatically giving passwords and we don't have to think at all. Not to say that I ever think.

I just decided to reopen one of my dating site memberships (but without a photo) and quickly got a message from a cute but more mature woman (36 yo).

I replied and suggested that I would share my photo on email if she sent me her email address. I gave her a "gmail" address that I use for the purpose.

Back came the reply that she didn't have a gmail but only had a Skype address. I gently replied that she must have an email address to be a dating site member and to be on Skype, so she should use that email address, whether it was hotmail or Yahoo or whatever.

She replied that she was trying to add me to her yahoo account but Yahoo won't let her do it. I then asked her to just give me her Yahoo address and I will write to her but so far it's been too difficult for her to work out the technicalities.

She's probably not worth pursuing.

Planning on my first trip to asia (phillipines). RTFF and Tried to sign up for DIA from India and get a message saying not available in this country. Anyone else run into this?

I have been to central and south america few times and have used FB and RL mostly.

Not sure why? Maybe dating sites are banned in India.

I read somewhere (source unverified) that the average IQ of people who have nicknamed themselves with one letter (D or X for example) is 85. This assessment may be incorrect since it's hard to do an IQ test when the examinee is completely soused.

Found an attractive lady on one of the sites. She has an exceptional cleavage. I suspected some enhancement, but was very curious. The number of selfies wasn't unusual, but most featured the cleavage. Well, maybe she recognized that as her charm point. Cam girl? I start a little chat with her and she seems friendly and articulate. She reveals a bit more regarding her name and I quickly find her FB (without asking).
