Either method will work.

By walking around, you will view more of the chicas in HK and fewer meseros will be bugging you to order drinks for yourself or ficha drinks for the chicas. Damn Cascada's single rooms are now $55 weekday and $75 weekend, except Monday and Tuesday night when they are 80% off, $11 or 176 pesos. These rooms are very good deals and usually fill up early. I don't know about the waiters having Viagra, but the bathroom attendants do have it. I wouldn't trust anyone inside HK touching my Viagra (especially inside the bathroom).

My recommendation is you buy it at a pharmacy. Viagra comes in 25 MG, 50 MG, and 100 MG so you don't need to have it cut. I've only seen generics in 100 MG, so you might want to get generic and have the pharmacist cut it in half. Piri seems to be the favored pharmacy, which is located on the north side of the walking path about 100 yards east of the arch as you go to the walking bridge.

Piri definitely sells 50 MG generic Viagra pills. I was in Piri on Thanksgiving day and they had both 100 MG and 50 MG pills in the Maxifort and Figral brand of generic Sildenafil. As I recall there was even a third brand of generic Viagra at Piri in 50 MG per pill size.
