Is HK still requiring ID for new purchases of VIP cards? If not, I'll use a totally bogus name next time.

Use any name you want for the VIP card. HK and Cascada could not give a shit. They only check the expire date on it.

Depends on the girl's situation. Quite a few have families, and or boyfriends / husbands. For those chances of hooking up outside the club are slim / none. Others are single / geographically single (families, kids are living with mom in some other part of Mexico) for those you can probably hook up outside HK hours. Most usually work 5 days a week, so they have two days off to do as they please. Or you can hook up before and or after they go to work. I'm planning an extended Tijuana visit with a stay at Hotel Cascadas to enjoy dalliances with HK girls and paraditas. 3. Go back to the front desk each day and pay for one additional night in pesos along with my VIP card.

4. Online reservations are worthless.

Tell me where I'm wrong or where I'm over thinking it. My goal is to stay in a nicer room (Jacuzzi or master suite) for about a week and get the VIP card discount each night.

Either method will work.

By walking around, you will view more of the chicas in HK and fewer meseros will be bugging you to order drinks for yourself or ficha drinks for the chicas. I find the mesero annoying, but other mongers feel more positive about them. If you sit down in a booth you will be constantly approached by meseros. Not my idea of fun & relaxation, but you might feel differently about that.

Decline the offer to buy her a $9 ficha drink and they both will leave. Some mongers are rude about it, but you don't need to be rude. All (or almost all) of the meseros speak some English, but even chicas that only speak Spanish will all instantly understand a shake of the head, or the words "no thank you". You could even try "No gracias".
