Just go get you some CZK before hitting the clubs. In my 5 experiences in Prague, and maybe others on here can back me up, most places will take primarily the CZK. Euros and US dollars can be accepted but their exchange rate isn't all that good at the clubs so you're just better off getting the CZK.

Czech Crowns are not hard to obtain. ATMs are all over the city and will give you more than what you need for a visit with a girl. Websites will also quote in US Dollars and Euros, but do the math yourself. You are getting unfair exchange rates at the clubs and privates that accepts your foreign currency. Beware that many of the exchange offices in and around town with the 0% commission signs are scams. If you read the fine print, the exchange rates they offer are far worse than from your own bank. If in doubt, best to ask first.
