There were report earlier in the forum that somebody was able to get extras at this spa. Having been to this spa earlier, I was surprised that extras were possible and hence went there to find out myself.

I have been there thrice, in the last month and haven't had any extras offered. However I believe there might be a chance, with the thai therapists.
