I am not sure which spas did you visit, but 6 k for counter charge is impossible. From Dwarka mode to West gate mall, Janakpuri the max counter charge is 1 k. FS quote starts at 2.5 k but one can easily bring it down to 1.5 k. And trust me you have excellent choices too.
