Better visit a physician immediately. A short course of treatment should get you back in shape. Since you were wearing the condom the risk of more serious infection is nil to negligible.

Come on man, don't spread misinformation. The symptoms (rash all over the body), is entirely atypical of herpes. Could it be herpes? Sure.
