It's easy to miss and I have to say there is not much choice at all but these two times it has not let me down so far.

Yea- a lot of people were claiming Shanghai had returned to normal after what happened in August. It didn't seem that way to me- businesses were very cautious, many closed, many offering veggie or limited services only. It looks like this is the new normal. Shanghai's glory days are past.
