Apply for a visa / master credit card. You should get it in a few weeks after which you can subscribe.

I suggest till that time you can observe.

The site does accept international debit cards, talk to your bank and upgrade it for international transactions. If not make the transaction through your friends Visa / Master credit card & pay them back.

I met this girl "Payal" through Locanto a long time back. I was suspicious to begin with and had been tracking her for like 2 months. Finally I took the plunge.
