Dubai - Hotel Information

This place was green during my stay last week with no issues evening with multiple guests but the last day they denied guest entry due to some issue, they confirmed this may continue for some time and may not be green for a while. Just wanted to update if anyone's making plans to stay here.

I have read the Forum and a little bit unclear on Orange Code. I am coming on April 1 with friends and we are booked in Golden Sands Apartments in Bur-Dubai. Can we pickup and bring to rooms? Also where are the night-club joints located closeby? Does this place have a night-club for pick-up?

The receptionist did not allow the girl to come to my room claiming that visitors are not allowed. After half an hour of talking with the hotel crew he said "you must pay 200 AED for her to stay, and we must keep her passport". I said "she is not staying!! She is visiting me". The receptionist said "it is a new policy ".

As for now I can not confirm if the hotel is RED or YELLOW!

When you booked the room originally, did you book it with one person or two? That totally sucks as I like Burjuman Arjan.

The apartment block is always green. The hotel is mostly green with ID but they get weird about it sometimes.

You post mainly in India where there seems to be an abundance of asking questions yet not much contribution. Now if you know the road etc you could Google for hotels nearby and then RTFF and see what is written by those who did the hard yards and RTFF and read and found and subsequently contributes via a FR.

Your 'FR' is another question nes't pas? And really the UAE forum has a wealth of information on hotels and places to pick up plus GFE and we even add the colour of hotels.

So can I suggest you RTFF first, make a list of the hotel near your hotel (you decide the radius), read the hotel thread carefully plus Dubai FRs and find what to do, where to go, whether it is green / red etc and let us all know what you found from the eyes of a newbie to Dubai.

If you say 10-20 minutes this is easy. I did when I first started and what is a less than half an hour of a mongers times when he gets such rewards afterwards?

Stayed at the Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel this week. Completely Green. Just need to register the WR at the reception.

One more thing, tried a threesome by bringing 2 filipinos from their club at the M level. Both of them registered at the reception, no questions asked.

Back in the room, within 5 min the security guy from Ethiopia knocked. Sorry sir but its a double occupancy only room. Gave him 100 Dhiram and he turned a blind eye to the whole thing. .
