Last summer, I went into a salon in AC to get a manicure. The two manicurists were ladyboys. You could tell right away and they weren't hiding the fact. Was in Angeles last time in June 2014, most probably visit again this coming July for 10 nights. Last time I was there I went once in Score Birds and in Orchid hotels for afternoon pool parties. I carry a Doberman Security Motion Detector Alarm ($25 for 2 on Amazon). They're quite small. You can stick it in a drawer or suitcase. Anything moves and you can definitely hear it in the shower. They eat their 9V batteries up pretty quickly though.

Man, you certainly like to live dangerously. I would never report anything to the police unless it was a really important issue and I needed a report for the insurance company back home. Taking a bar girl to the cops is also a bad idea. You never know who the girls are connected to in the Pampagna region and how they and the cops could extract money from you. As a foreigner, it's best to keep a really low profile.

I don't even complain when the massage girls cheat on my time by 15 minutes. I just pay the correct amount and don't give them a tip. They then know why. Best to avoid any form of confrontation in AC. It can be a dangerous place

I concur. Never get involved with police in any mongering place. Stay under the radar and have fun. Any minor losses should be taken as a learning experience. Never fight with local girls, LB if that is your interest. Police will have no sympathy with a mongering foreigners.

Lock all your valuables and carry only local currency. Never ever trust locals. I had a experience with my regular girl from the provinces. I had taken her to a casino and I won like 12000 pesos. The first thing I do before I go bar hopping in AC is to put my wallet, phone, laptop and passport in the safe. I only carry about PHP10,000 in notes with me in my pocket.

Don't leave anything out. Lock it up in the safe. Larger items can be padlocked in your suitcase. Keep your pants in the bathroom when you shower.
