Shilparamam is in the middle of IT hub, you will have many options to stay around that area (Madhapur, Hitec city, Kondapur, Gachibowli). You won't get any hotel that provides in-house service. You can find good service apartments, stay uncle hotels, oyo rooms. Most of them allow female guests with proper ID.
