Looks like they are diffrent. Kajal and Pinky were in Kanchan Palace in 3rd and 2nd floor respectively. Kajal is probably 20 but is on the heavier side with solid boobs. I guess everyone's experience is unique. I have tried to meet her twice in last 6 months on my last two visits to city of joy after one of the senior members shared her digits.
