I spoke with an employee at another shop on the same avenue and he said there was a problem at another "branch office" from The Lord group, so they had to shut down all the way up to the flagship.

It's from an employee at a rival shop, so, yeah, it can be taken with caution, but I don't have another source, and I'm back home for at least a year anyway.

That is probably correct, but the implication is not clear as to whether it is a permanent shut down, or merely shut down till the tell tale evidence, can be cleaned up (if Artesain water usage occurred at this venue - not known to me). I suspect the company being barred from operating the whole group is likely though.

So could be the Artesian water was used only in 1 or 2 locations of the group, and not necessarily all of the Lord Group branches.

Interesting that the Annies "Group" was restructured into separate companies not that long ago, or so I gathered from Management posts talking about the separation. Then recently, the Annies shut down did not cause Wood and Chrome to be closed as well.

Performance is always pretty good. SW has better lookers, but nothing compared to 5 years ago. Recently someone posted the link to the old SW website. Gals were younger, better looking, and fewer had kids. Don't think Tulip has had any new blood in a couple of years, and some of those gals look like grandmothers and just might be. There are a few that were working there over 10 years ago when the shop opened for sure.

Just too many options for gals today and the lookers can go work in a shop where they don't have to do much or can just rent it online, which I think is what the smarter gals are doing. I would like to know the source of information you have about the Lord being shut down forever? The sign on the door clearly states closed for renovations.
