Went to a dermatologist, she said that I have scabies. However, I checked symptom online for scabies and it doesn't match mine. I have no rashes at all, Only itching. ALso, the itching is only on my balls.

He told due to dryness in summer, some people may get this. Consult a dermatologist immediately and don't use anti-fungal cream as this is not due to fungi.

Finally I got a good experience. Thanks again to all the members who helped me. This time tried Marathalli SP even I don't like SPs but few members suggested and the bird was also looked good in the pic.
