I live in Canada (I am Indian) and I am planning a visit to South East Asia and I am confused as where should I visit solely for mongering!! I know kolkata, have few contacts, but not sure if those contacts would work!

I need suggestion from people if I should rather visit Pattaya? I do like Kolkata but again recent reports on SG demoralized me. Whereas in Pattaya I can live in large brothel although discrimination are there against Indians (Although I can show my Canadian ID card)!
