Usually if you want the real deal, here is some advice. Be prepared to pay above long time rates for the better looking Go Go Bar girls. I have paid up to 10-15,000 for each girl. This should not be as complicated as brain surgery. In most cases, you will get a reluctant "YES" from the girls. Rarely a direct "NO". A few enthusiastic "YES" and these are likely to be from the slightly more experienced / mature women.

What happens inside your room is entirely YMMV. Before you go inside, you can even be granular and define the number of strokes you will pump each girl with, but that can all get shot in an instant.
