I tend to disagree. Once you have worked out a favourite waitress, she can be very useful (not hot), as a source of information. Has a girl been seen lately?, all the latest gossip. Helping you to get the best seat as soon as it becomes available. So nothing wrong with her hanging around and giving you good service and reward her appropriately. I don't know MP but I think I have a few friends like him in some ways who are also Chinese. When I visit my friends they always want to pay for everything, including girls.
