IMHO and with some scientific backing, women are just different with directions. Money and access to mobile data is a problem but I take care of that with passa load. With the really challenged, I ask them to go to an intersection or store send me pictures of the street sign / store and a 180/360 set of pictures. I can usually find them with maps or street view.
