Every HTTP post, i.e. your and mine FRs are available in plain English to any employee of ISP in control of network monitoring, along wih your IP address. While the LE can get information of who has visited this page through the isp, it will be quite an effort to get who has posted the FR. That would require the LE to make a request to the LE of the country where the server is located and that LE would need to get ISG to release that information which may not be possible depending on the laws of that country.

If LE people want to track IPhone it can be done easily by just taking authorization of mac admins.
