I understand that it can be a shock to come back to Rio after being gone for 20 years (?). You experience that the GPs are less friendly and that the cariocas have become arrogant and aggressive. It could be that you have experienced this because you have changed in these 20 years, not just aging but also in your attitude towards the locals. My first time in both places I had a blast. Pattaya is a tourist and expat town. A lot of people here speak some kind of English.

3. Many freelance hookers here in Thailand are just like they were in Copacabana in the old days. In Pattaya they are cheap and in many cases you have to make them leave. If you plan to only get chicks from bars then that will be a different animal. But when you hang in the discos a lot of chicks have normal jobs in the daytime and there are some chicks that come from Bangkok on the weekends to have fun. You never know what you are going to get.

I've been going to Rio for over twenty years. It was monger heaven for the first ten years. Beautiful girls from all over the country converging on Rio to make some cash. The girls weren't jaded and often wouldn't go home if you treated them right. In that time, you could see how the internet was making Rio too popular for foreign men. The World Cup, the Olympics, moralizing politicians and on and on forced the changes.

At one time I would never say this, but now I say if you are solely interested in mongering go to Sao Paulo. Yes, it's a totally urbanized form of mongering (no beach, no major sightseeing, no relaxed atmosphere). However, this is where the beautiful Brazilian girls are working.

I don't have Rio for comparison, but I do have the rest of the world, and can say São Paulo is tops in looks and service for me. Those who followed my SP adventures a few months back know that I saw quite a handful of girls. And of the 29 girls I saw this year worldwide (I like to keep track), SP and Campinas girls took 4 of the top 6 spots when I did a ranking. I think you went on a wrong night. When I went there it was flooded with stunners. They have some of the most beautiful girls I have seen in a long time. The only thing Solarium is the most expensive termas other than Centaurus. But trust me you will want to spend the money, because I can't think of another place where you will find top notch quality.

Yeah I was definitely there on a slow Monday evening.

For some of you, this might seem like a lot of work and not worth the effort. I understand. Just trying to give you options. For me, travelling thousands of miles and walking the dank alleys of Vila Mimosa or hanging out with jaded ex-pats and past the expiration date unattractive ladies at Mabs, would not be among them.

Based on recent good reports about the place, went on Monday about 8:45 PM. Supposedly a "dose dupla" night, according to the flyer by the entrance downstairs, but it wasn't, just free entrance with 10 Real minimum consumption. Went in and it was dead: I counted 13 girls and 10 other guys in the place. Ordered a beer and looked around but none of the girls were doable for me. Hung around for 10 minutes while I finished my beer and left. Obviously the girls that impressed the previous posters took the night off, so Mondays may not be a good day to visit this place.

That Monday is a bad night was confirmed when I went to 119 Alfandega, looking for the girl I sessioned with last week. She wasn't there and it was pretty empty, with maybe 8 girls, so I left and went to 219 Uruguayana, which further confirmed how bad Mondays are, since I was actually able to get in, and even get a seat. I counted 13 girls and maybe 20 guys, some of them just drinking beer and trying to cop free feels from the girls without actually going to the room (one middle-aged black guy was pawing a young slim black girl for at least 10 minutes until she realized that he wasn't going to session with her and walked away from him. He got another beer and then started trying to paw a dirty blonde but she wasn't receptive to his attempted pawing). I saw 4 girls leave during the 15-20 minutes I was there, so either they made their money quota, or gave up on getting a session there and either went to another boate to try their luck there or went home.

There is no entry fee in 502 from Monday to Friday. Just 10 reais minimum consumption. As stated, 502 is better from Wednesday to Friday from 7 pm. Monday is a dead day in Centro, even in 4 by4, Cancun and T65, there are less girls. I don't like trash clubs because the entry is free and anybody enter there even guys without money. There were only 40 girls, that's why you don't pay any admission fee on Mondays. Normally there are 70-80 girls in 4 by 4 in other days.
