If you can speak Mandarin that will help you. English is "OK" here but a lot of girls don't speak English or aren't comfortable enough to speak English to a stranger. If you go to one of the expat bars you will definitely find the girls you can take home without effort.

There is never a guarantee with these places but I will say that whenever I have visited the full monty was available. I tried #12 but her service was like a dead chair. She was a looker.
