I'll agree with what the other posters said already, but to more directly answer, last time I was in Rainbow 4, a lot of the girls had the japanese / kawaii look going and this location seemed to directly cater to that. Probably half or more of the patrons were asian, but I bet this varies throughout the night and wouldn't be surprised if it was mostly asian patron most of the time.

It is well known there is Farang (or non east Asian) surcharge in many Soapies here, so one would expect it in Korea as well, not that we really care here. Here in Thailand the surcharge is not usually applied to Asian guys from the USA, or Japanese or Koreans, etc. so it is racial bias, more than being pro Thai. Sometimes described as a cock surcharge, however some of the surcharge goes to the establishment, so can that be a cock surcharge. I suppose if girl gets damaged and is off work, the shop is affected somewhat. I am guessing they might believe girls suffer from damaged uterus more from certain races, however it also seems to have some sort of exclusivity about it.

My recent visit to RB2, I could say that 95% of girls have a fake nose, many tit jobs, and quite a number of the strange hairdos and possibly other things also like botox or fillers, etc. Does this make the girls look Japanese? Well not really, maybe makes them look a bit more westernised, like plastic dolls, and in extreme cases makes them look like Ladyboys. I rarely visit a Rainbow go-go bar for very long these days. Generally, I just step in to get a vibe, which for me is usually meh, and move on. But I can say the bar that was Rainbow 5 for a while has gone back to being called Rainbow 4 again. However, you need to look hard at the lighted sign next to the entrance to notice the "4" since it is the only part of the name that is not illuminated, as though they are reluctant to tout it.
