I am sure few of our brothers here have travelled extensively. I am stuck with the perennial question. Which is the best destination in SE Asia to travel.

Purpose of my visit is partially mongering, but I also want to do some adventure activities along with it. I know SE Asia is full of scuba diving destinations, but all of them need not be monger friendly. I am open to hopping cities in the same country as well.

Summarizing my expectations below:

Indian friendly: Though I maintain perfect hygiene and dress well, still there are certain destinations that are not Indian friendly (Mongering wise) when compared to others. I have heard a few Gogo's restricting Indian travellers across SE Asia.

Scuba diving: To stay in a good dive resort and get my beginner's scuba license.

Affordability: Shouldn't be too costly to Monger / Dive.

Easier of commute: Access to rental bikes / cars.

From my current research I have shortlisted a few destinations.

Philippines: Siquijor / Puerto Galera for Scuba. Angeles city / Manilla for mongering.

Thailand: Koh Samui or Koh Tao (Tried Bangkok Pattaya already).

Indonesia: Jakarta for mongering and Bali for Scuba.

If at point you are not sure about the pics shared by an SP or anyone else and your gut says its a scam then it probably is a scam. Now, you can use Google search by image feature or TinEye Reverse Image Search for that pic. If you get a lot of hits for that pic you upload and search then its better to avoid because that pic could be picked up from some other website, usually from porn sites to tempt you into falling into a trap. Believe me brother, nothing good ever comes from using Locanto in this industry. I've been scammed for thousands of rupees at the very beginning before reaching ISG.

Just be careful with SP's in Gurgaon generally. Many quacks are available on loan to. Rather look for paid or premium ads on loan to. Sp's in Gurgaon. Most likely send some 1 entirely different from the pic they Send you on WhatsApp. All the best.
