I visit Delhi frequently on work and always stay in Mahi'pur for its proximity to airport. Below is my experience in MPs & hotels there:

MP:

The place is fully dotted with MPs. Extras are sure-shot almost everywhere.

O I had visited almost all MPs and some are open till 2/3 in the mid-night.

O Prices are standard at Rs. 1500 at the counter though on repeat visits, it gets reduced to Rs. 1200.

O Massages were great in some place and mediocre in others. Have never been poor so far.

O Birds were predominantly from Delhi itself and some are from North East. Great variety available. Some provide superb service and ready for FS as well at the least, they are ready for HJ / TA / B2B. I have contacts whom I thought are good..

There were a lot of SPA girls but every SPA I used to visit thinking malls are safer have been sealed. But the market spas are still open. You can try in a building near the metro where there are some Mobile showrooms in ground floor facing the road. You will find 3/4 spas in there and all used to have some good girls all the time. Well this is story from one of the clubs in Sahara mall. I started visiting recently to one of these clubs. So I went to the Daaru Mall in MV1 today to see my favorite therapist.

On Sunday I had gone out for dinner with a businessman turned politician (are there any other kind?) who also owns three high end spas in Delhi. We talked about the spa business where he told me that his turnover from each spa is 10 to 12 lakh rupees per month with a neat profit of minimum 6 lakh rupees after all expenses paid. He earns nearly 2 Crore rupees profit annually and since 90% of it is in cash it is all tax free! He also told me that even the dingiest and dirtiest of spa in Delhi, those offering massage at 600 rupees, also make a minimum profit of 3 lakh rupees every month.

We did a back of the envelope calculation about Delhi-NCR's mongering industry and I was stunned by the numbers. At rough calculation there are a minimum of 1300 spas / MPs in the National Capital Region which means 5000 girls are available for service at any given point of time (wonder why people still ask ISG seniors to share their contacts? The annual turnover of this business is to the tune of 2000 Crores. If we add SPs, Indies, GB Road like red light districts and high end model coordinators (who only cater to top politicians and businessmen) to this list, the total business would be in the ballpark of half a billion dollars! We are only talking about Delhi-NCR here okay..

Went to this MP with a "Thai" in the name in LN on Sunday. Despite the name there are no Thais not even NEs. There are 6 girls all NI and most of them have tummies which is a turn off for me. Lineup was offered and chose a relatively slim one with name P. Massage was so-so and service was slightly above average though not great. Best part is hygiene and good effort and no time watcher. Interestingly all rooms have a concrete bed right in the middle and a shower on the wall, not separate cubicle! In fact it is like a big shower room with a raised concrete bed in the middle.
