I don't know much about the ethnic minorities, but I guess if you have Asian eye shape, Thais will consider you to be likely Asian of some type. Perhaps you are implying your eyes look non-Asian, I can't quite guess.

In some other bars like Cowboy 2 and the Arab's bars it maybe higher, 2 K+. Barfine a coyote girl in some bars means you can take her to dinner or to a disco, etc, but not necessarily get sex.
