I've been confused by some airbnb listings as they will say something like "no prostitution laws must be followed" but isn't prostitution legal in Colombia? This particular renter said that guests are allowed but can't stay overnight so I'm assuming that's OK.

She's very clear that hookers aren't allowed. I don't see how much clearer she can be. Also that location is shit for mongering.

Brief report:

1. Cartagena has much less day time options than other cities in Colombia. This lead me to investigating whether or not clocktower girls are willing to spend the day with you. Now, I am a lonely guy irl and I very much so enjoy the company of a woman for the entire day. I invited 50 clocktower girls to lunch and spend the whole day together without sex, approx 25 of them agreed; just pay for the taxi and you have someone to talk to and hang out with for the whole day. Now, as for the sex part many of these girls would gladly spend the entire day with you with sex included for 100 k - 150 k, obviously you would need to negotiate down to 100 k. Most of the clocktower girls do nothing during the day, or take care of their kids, etc; essentially they have the daytime free and would be fine with making money during a time they don't. At night time, especially the venezuelans, can be negotated down to 100 k, maybe lower; I didn't try to negotiate lower than that but it's theoretically possible. Colombians are disliking the venezuelans pushing down the pricepoint at the clocktower. Also many of the clocktower girls do not work at night, but instead just stand there for several hours. They get bored doing this, so talk to them and negotiate for longer times, etc; many would be happy to get any work at all and several are beautiful girls that haven't worked in a week or more.

2. Now some economics, I think the cheapest place to find sex in Cartagena is mileroticos and online in general, with deals as low as 60 - 70 k to be found. I had a venezuelan for 100 k / HR off photoprepagos, negotiated down from 150 k. I found it interesting to see how they live, as she operates out of the apartment she lives in. 1 Bedroom 1 bath apartment in the wall rents for 600 k / month; she shares it with 3 other venezuelans, each sleeping on bunk beds, and with her fucking her clients on a sofabed in the living room. So to put it into perspective if she charges 150 k / HR, that 150 k will pay for her share of the rent for the month. 3. For those interested in brothels. Idk if listed on the map but there is a casa de citas in the south of Manga (I could be wrong, possibly slightly south of Manga) called LOS Angeles. Charges 150 k / HR - 250 k / HR. I don't know the exact address but local taxi drivers should know.

LDV used to be located in Laguito. A lot of gringos bought condos in Laguito with ocean views. Now that LDV has moved to the old town and the girls all go to the Clock Tower, it seems that Laguito is not as desirable any more to monger.

I stay in Laguito probably as much out of habit as anything, and there are chica friendly buildings there which is a major plus. I like the apartments there that look out over the ocean, it's not as good as the view of the beach in Bocagrande, but its still an ocean view, and you can bang a chica on your balcony while enjoying the ocean view. I do miss LDV being there but Playa Hollywood has chicas during the day and it is at the end of Laguito. Once in a while you can find SWs in Laguito for 100 k. As YippieKayay stated about Bocagrande, Laguito is also much quieter, and the other tourist areas are a short taxi ride away. There is never a lack of taxis in Laguito as demonstrated by the photo I am adding to this post.

LDV used to be located in Laguito. A lot of gringos bought condos in Laguito with ocean views. Now that LDV has moved to the old town and the girls all go to the Clock Tower, it seems that Laguito is not as desirable any more to monger.

I always stay in Bocagrande. It's very peaceful at night and the old city is only a few minutes by cab. That whole tourist area is tiny. There's no need to pick any place other than where you want to sleep and wake up every morning. I'll take the beach over the old city because its quieter.

Thanks for the info. I looked at some airbnb around the clock tower area for convenience of street girls, are Old City Balcones a decent selection? I want to be centrally located for ease of bringing girls in and out.

I'm not familiar with that place but it's a common concern about location and I don't think people understand how close things are in Cartagena, it's all good for bringing girls in and out.

Either is fine. It's all a 5-10 min cab ride anyways and the cabs are super cheap. So it just depends on whether you'd rather wake up by the beach and go to the old city at night and take a cab with the girl or take a cab in the morning to the beach and back before picking up a girl. Really doesn't matter.
