Cartejenja has the square and other options including a beach but you will pay tourist prices.

Understand any place you go there will be an adjustment period (for newbies) and how long you take to adjust will be the key. Learn basic Spanish and Latin culture pre-trip will help. I'm not talking casas, I'm talking being out and about pulling chics.

Personally I think SD is the best secret as kept (not including my favorite spots that Americans don't go, Santiago Cuba and Pereira Colombia. Malls, subways and modern venues, little towns full of bored beautiful girls less than a two hour bus ride. Casas galore, SW available and normal girls that are pull able. SDQ now has direct flights from the US for about 120 usd one way making it a no brainier.

Set up your pre-trip plan (watch youtube for Spanish and dance). Reach out to the internet girls to feel them out. Make a list of non monger things you want to do to give it some normalcy. First week in March is carnival so you timed it right.

I must give you this disclaimer before your trip. If its your first time in the DR your life will change afterwards. Prepare to lose your mind, we all did. No one has ever left the DR and been the same as when they were a DR virgin.

You seem to have a lot of venture in you but a short period of time. Blackbeard is the simple route for you especially if quality is essential. I would go to the place to get my feel and knock off a few. Pick a Chica from there for the days excursion. They are professional in dealing with men and making them enjoy their time. The chicas will be jumping in line when they hear you're looking to take someone on excursions with you. It may be a little more pricier but it's a better and safer risk. They can suggest to you what girls may fit what you're looking for during your short vacy. You can take a day trip to the Sue for a change up if you wish, but Your schedule limits your time for chasing Chica's. The Sue is not about quality it's about quantity.

Catamaran: The only ones I know go from Bayahibe to Saona. Jetski: don't know where you would find one of those. Zipline: Would not recommend doing that kind of stuff in 3rd world countries. If something goes wrong, you are on your own. As far as getting a chick to do any of that with you, they may go on the catamaran to Saona, but they are not about to do anything to get their hair wet. Your research has served you well. There is no "one stop shopping" in Santo Domingo / Santo Domingo este. It's a poosy buffet. But it's for those who can run with the big dogs and pee in tall grass. I cut my teeth directly on Santo Domingo / Santo Domingo este. No need for Sosua training wheels. But not everyone is me. And my mongering style is completely different from yours. My advice remains the same: The only way you are going to be able to "ball on a budget" is to learn Spanish and learn your way around the city. You are going to have to pay the cost to be the boss for your style of mongering, type of girls and activities you want to participate in. Sorry brother I ain't go nothing more for ya brother. If you would at least give me a rough idea of your budget I could point you in the right direction. One option you might consider is Tinder or Tagged. Use a translator. And start about a week away from wheels down on your trip. Others have had success with DCupid and I have too. But it's been a long time since I've been own it.
