I walked down to Lleras on the tweener day (the day one quarantine ended, and another started) in an attempt to get a haircut. Nothing going on. People on CL 10, but 90% of the restaurants closed, no bars / discos open, etc. Really unfortunate, but that's why I was comfortable moving up the hill to Castropol.
