I still check this page though I'm not in the country, I plan to get back in future. The flights are very expensive and limited, foreign visitors are to be quarantined. I may return to my previous job but I doubt the company will send anyone into China with the 2 weeks quarantine in place. That's throwing money away. It may be winter time or 2021 before operations return to some normality. But as the cold will set in, there may be a second wave again?

I hope the contacts I have will stay the same, or by the time this is over, we will have to search for new providers.

From what I have seen it varies from compound to compound. In some they only do the superficial temperature check without signing in, others require guest to register via WeChat 24 hours before the visit.

Anyway, I am back to Beijing after 5 years in Hongkong beginning of the year, just in time for height of covid-19. First few weeks obviously stayed at home due to all kind of restrictions and social distancing measures. As weather got warmer and No new cases reported, I thought it was time to mongering again.

That's when the sad story started. I checked with few known services providers, especially most trusted one, Angel. She said due to virus, none of her girls had returned from hometown. Plus due to lack of customers, she decided to take a break. I checked with few other providers and more or less same result.

Anyone staying in Beijing has any luck recently?

I am based in Shanghai, but I have to go to Beijing soon for meetings. Are you staying in a hotel or at an apartment complex? Either way, isn't the security strict? I stopped doing outcalls for the time being because there is still so much visitor scrutiny at apartment complexes. Anyway, why not try the MPs? In Shanghai, the MP gals are desperate to make up for lost time. They are willing to do a lot more than they used to. They really need the money after not working for months. I get the feeling the managers and even the LE are looking the other way, to allow them to make up for lost time.

Regarding lineup saunas, I'll echo Haidian: been in BJ over 5 years and never seen or heard about these existing here. I went to a couple in Shanghai many years ago, and it was an unforgettable time (much better than anything I've had in BJ) but last time I checked those boards it seemed they don't exist there anymore either.

You can check my post history, I've written about those shops a few times. Most of my experiences would count as average to forgettable, but once in a while, it's just fantastic. The price point and promise of those fantastic times was enough to get me to keep going back. I haven't been there in quite some time though, so if you check it out, definitely update all of us.

Same as DopeMopey but over five years. They have to be more circumspect due to several waves of crackdowns. Even when I first arrived, I never encountered a place with a lineup, but if a girl had told you her number, and she was on the on-call board you could ask for her. And while extras were not explicitly on the menu anymore at Spas, they were understood to be included in any service above 400 RMB, on an escalating scale. Everything was more expensive than an in-call escort, of course. Then two or three years ago, those places were replaced by another set of placed that took things down another notch.

So you do have to work out how old a description of the state of play is. A review two years old might be optimistic for current conditions even after things fully open up again. Something eight years old might as well be from a different country.

If you exit the station from exit A you will see a residential community but there are lots of shops / rental offices / businesses / food vendors etc, on the outside of the community. You can walk all the way around and you will see clearly a couple of the shops where it's got a few or a single lady waiting for people. There are some massage places, some very legit, a few not so if you know what I mean. There are a few hidden, that's because you have to walk into the building, for example there is one where you walk in and it's an open space and if you follow the passage (its about 2 meters long) it leads you to a photographer / copy / printer guy. But as soon as you walk in before that shop you have a door on the right which is a rental agency / real estate I think, and on the left is a bunch of ladies. Most are located on the ground floor, but you will see there are steps that go up to a second floor teir and there are sometimes a few up there. There is also a sex shop made of vending machines so you can stock up on gear. There are a few massage places the legit ones are obvious, the other ones take you downstairs below ground, they offer extras.

I went to a shop just as it was closing and the mamasan was getting ready to leave, but I begged her to stay and give me a massage. She finally relented. It was pretty hot. My situation was similar. Although it wasn't on the house, they had advertised a discount and I think I owed 675 rmb. But since had done me the favor, was awesome about it, and I'm hoping for a repeat, I just gave her 1000.

I don't think sauna exists anymore, that's what I read. I've been in Beijing over 2 years and couldn't find any. There were clues of it but you need intermediaries to help you access whatever it was, and it was very expensive to even try. I suspect these places could still exist but it's only accessible to locals and rich clients with the right contact. If there is a language barrier then you will struggle.
