It has been brought up before. It is definitely a concern for those that are worried about the virus here in Medellin. The military has been in certain barrios recently to enforce social distancing and prevent people from affecting other areas.

Actually I wasn't being harsh on El Centro, it always has, and will always be, my playground in Medellin.

I'm pulling your leg most of the time, and have seen a lot of weird stuff in El Centro, and it has evolved and changed over the years. The biggest change has been the influx of Venezuelans over the past three years.
