After reviewing the latest posts.

I looked up Judy's on smart shanghai and trip advisor both said Judy was closed.

But at Leviton6 and at TaiyuanGuy both have mentioned Judy's is open. Sorry I got confused.

Is Judys still near Tongren Road.

Is this site legit? Don't know whether this is one of those many sites tricks you into paying 100-200 yuan, but never provide anything. Although people lose money, because the loss is so small, nobody bothers to report it.

I'm outside Shanghai. My old job was in Beijing and I'm sad to leave the city behind. I was hoping to find the equivalent of Kitty or Angel in Shanghai but disappointed if there are no equivalent. I did some research on Judys, looks crazy. I hear Manhattan is more dangerous? I've not read this thread, I'll read before fly out. Thanks for advise. I hope to do a hotel recon first to check lift visibility from reception. Will be in touch!

I've had a blast at Judys and Manhattan. Manhattan girls seem more picky and expensive but generally are hotter looking. Either way if both clubs are 80% of how it was a year ago, it's still a good time. The band at Judys is pretty good.

DM, welcome to this part of China, buddy. But I have a question: where are you being sent? The reason for my question is I am wondering why you would travel to Shanghai to monger. Currently, for us foreigners, the mongering scene in Shanghai is not as good as it is in Beijing, IMHO.

Shanghai does NOT have cheap outcall agencies such as Kitty's, Angels, etc.

Shanghai does NOT have MPs that *specifically* cater to foreigners, such as Hidden Dragon, Lemon Tree, Little Daisy, etc.

However, Shanghai does have the equivalent to takeout places such as Chocolate and Maggies in Beijing. They are called Judys and Manhattans. And Shanghai has lots of MPs that offer HJs.

Two things that Shanghai did have going for it, back a half dozen years ago, were saunas and MPs with FS. There were plenty of both, but now both are pretty much gone. Shanghai also has apartment girls (Beijing probably has those too, but I never partook in that), but it's getting scarier to do incalls now, especially if you look like a foreigner.

Anyway, send me a PM just before you get to Shanghai.

My two favorite venues in JingAn is gone:

Yuyuan Lu oil massage seems to be cracked down. Changshou Lu / Jiangning Lu is accepting only locals.

Do you have any good massage in jingAn now?

The owner closed it down, probably due to few customers. He moved the staff to his other location in the alley way on Wanhangdu Road near the Wuning Road corner. 7 hungry staff are there now. Head north on Wanhangdu Road. Just past Xinzha road Go left at the why in the Road. There is a sign at the beginning of the alley on the left hand side of the road.

Not there yet, company is finalising plans. We haven't been briefed on the health cards yet, I believe our line manager in China will get us up to speed. I wanted to know how restrictive traveling is but if you say after 14 days it's ok, then I will try make it to Shanghai.

I have been in China with US passport since January. Never had any issue traveling as long as you have the health code on your smart phone and the color is green. Just often times they need to write down your passport#, name, phone# when you take the train, but nothing complicated.

Chanshou lu / Jiangning Lu and yuyuan lu oil massage.

The first is now accepting only locals and the other seems to be cracked down.

While I do not have any info on your specific case ("recently came into the country and traveling" I assume that traveling should not be a problem after you finished quarantine. The standard questionnaire for the Health cards as App or in hotels will ask you, if you have been in another country in the last 14 days.

Traveling should not be an issue, but better get your Health Card in the phone set up ASAP (E. G. In Alipay). In some cities they will check this health card when leaving the train station.

How strict are they with foreigners traveling to different cities, I may like to visit Shanghai for action.
