Speaking from personal experience, if you can, get the subscription. It will make your mongering life very easy and productive. Rather than searching for a needle in a haystack (by reading reviews and reports and then assuming stuff), you can directly get information from seniors which is worth gold for a newbie. I got mine after a few years of mongering, but back then I could easily go to the dance bars in MR and have fun without any prep work and the damage was very minimal so it did not matter much, but once they were shut down, after that it was a lot of trial and error, until I got my subscription here. I am not saying that getting a subscription will automatically guarantee better service, but at least you will have more accurate information directly from fellow mongers and you can make your call.
