Here in Australia, local working girls will often include a statement "No Indians" on their advert.
From my limited experience in Bangalore, the local working girl scene works entirely different to the way Ph and western countries work.

Is it same like TH?

Previously they were saved from the rampaging Communists and given some good 'ol GI dick to sucky fucky.
Now they are being lifted out of starvation and poverty with Euro stick included. If they are lucky the girls might get to ride in a big new Toyota Landcruiser or visit a $5000/ mo condo.
I bet MSF are making the use of CoVid and the vaccine rollout to ensure hot 19 yos make it to the front of the queue.
Enjoy. G.

CM draws once again on his vast social anthropological field experience to report on the truths that NGO workers don't want you to know about.
But NGOs can be a lot more fun than he suggests. There were interesting stories coming out of the UK a few years ago about the Middle Eastern and North African refugees in tent camps at the French end of the Chunnel. Seems that adventurous British women were traveling to the Calais camps under the guise of volunteering for NGOs, but were actually there to exercise their jungle fever with men and boys (including those in their tender teen years) from the Middle East and North Africa. Why rain on a parade like that?

It's also true that Oxfam had a huge scandal from its workers sexually exploiting the locals amidst the onslaught of NGOs that took over Haiti following the 2010 earthquake. Oxfam was founded by Oxford Quakers to relieve famine in Greece during World War II. So maybe the problem isn't the NGOs, it's those damn Brits.

Heck he even owns one of those prepaid phone companies in the USA. This guy is a billionaire, yet you don't really see him stepping up to helping fighting the corruption down there since that would eat into his business model. Same could be said for the PI. Look at those who own the export agencies for sending foreign workers overseas as well as the remittance companies and see where they fall on the socio-economic ladder, and what they have been doing to foster more economic growth. Heck Imelda had closets full of shoes that are bigger than some of the places people live whom she supposedly is looking out for. Clean up the corruption at the top, maybe it will trickle down and some of the more regular folks would get a chance, but I seriously doubt it. The PI is what it is, and the women (and men) will find a way to separate a fool and his money any time. That being said, it is up to the "fool" to determine how much he is willing to give up, instead of trying to change a society.

If you have a comfy NGO-type salaried job, maybe you can sing Cumbayah all day and go full woke. In my experience it's not a winning strategy in PH if you are spending your own money.
That word salad could be applicable to many diverse countries on earth.

I like to think that I'm adult enough to realise that no one side is 100% wrong nor right. I've certainly disagreed with and learnt things from both GE and ED.
I'd hate to return to the recent past where anyone expressing an opinion or personality was immediately redacted or banned.
