Well I will start with sharing my story.

I completed my post graduation last year and is working now. Lived with my family till now, so missed hostel life. I don't have any GF and unable to score with any girl till now. Scenario 1 Assumption: Trap.

She might be trying to build up to bigger trap. So I'd suggest a coffee date is fine if you have ample time, but hold on to your horses & don't proceed.

Scenario 2 Assumption: Situation Genuine.

If her situation is Genuine, than also it's not right to proceed as it'd mean exploiting her situation although from your post it appears her conscience isn't allowing her to, basically she's unwilling to get physical.
