When Colombia opened back up, I decided hop to Medellin before things changed. I booked my stay in centro for Nov. / Dec. I wanted to be as close as I could to the Casas. I figured it would be easier to schedule long visits from the best casa girls if I lived close by and a trip to a casa would only cost me 2 minutes to run to. I just landed a few hours ago. Yes they will ask you for PCR test. My friend didn't have one and now he can't leave his apartment until he takes one and gets back the results. Not that it matters much with the lock down right now but it will matter big time if he hasn't gotten his results by Tuesday.
