I don't see any new curfew hours in the paper at all the only thing that happened was they'll let everybody into the storee on Mondays regardless of your number. The rest is the same as before an expires on the 22nd. So you could say they actually loosen the restrictions.

"Despite the fact that in recent days the infections of covid-19 in Cartagena have been increasing, reaching almost 400 cases a day, this Monday, April 19, Cartagena woke up without a peak and ID.

The measure had been established in Decree 0418 of April 11 and was in force from 00:00 hours on Monday, April 12 until 00:00 hours today.

That is, during the day, citizens can access and circulate in shopping centers, financial institutions, Bazurto Market, department stores and supermarkets in general, without taking into account the last digit of their identity card and if today is the day even and odd.

This was established in the decree

Curfew if it is in force

It should be noted that Decree 0406 in which other restrictions were established in order to contain the increase in COVID-19 cases is valid until April 22.

In this, the curfew was established from Sunday to Thursday between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., and Friday and Saturday from midnight to 5 a.m. Which means that today after 10 o'clock at night people should not be on the streets.

It also maintains the prohibition for the consumption of alcohol in stores, refreshments, terraces, billiards, galleries, clubs and social corporations, tobacconists and / or liquor stores, and the use of beaches in a single day, from 8 in the morning to 2 pm.

Transcaribe is once again without collection

On April 15, the mayor of Cartagena, William Dau Chamatt, announced that more restrictive measures will be adopted in the city to mitigate infections and hospital occupancy.

The measures, which were agreed together with the team of experts from the District Administrative Department of Health (DADIS), would be announced through a decree that will be issued once the National Government gives its approval.

We have to wait, because the current decree expires on April 19, before that we cannot say anything; however, we are ready to take the measures, as soon as the National government authorizes us, "he said.

It is expected that in the course of the day the Dau administration will pronounce or issue the decree explaining whether the peak and the cedula will continue and publicizing the new control measures."

Where did you get this information from (7 pm curfew) ? I am not questioning you, we were supposed to leave this week and if this is the case then we will have to postpone our trip and go to Costa Rica. It would be helpful to show this to my friends so they see it for a fact.

Luger can use either 7. 65×21 mm Parabellum or 9×19 mm Parabellum Same round used in Beretta M9 and Sig Sauer P320 and god knows how many other 9 mm guns.

According to the 2014 edition of Cartridges of the World, the 9×19 mm Parabellum is "the world's most popular and widely used military handgun and submachine gun cartridge.

So much so, that I can't get around to write a trip report. Very glad that I decided to come anyway. For anyone that wants to know. There is more pussy here than any man can want. I've picked up from the club, the clocktower, ordered great takeout, and picked up a super nice youngin' from the beach. I didn't even go out Wednesday because I was worn out from my daytime activity and the previous two days finally caught up to me.

BTW, the place I'm at now is amazing. I paid a little more, but I have hot water, literally ocean front balcony / views, pools, gym, and I can have visitors. No problem with my daytime activity, but for an instance it seemed like there was going to be an issue last night. For some strange reason, I thought the curfew was midnight on Thursday. I took my time to go out. I got to Centro around 9:30 pm. I had planned on going to a ST hotel with a chica, but everything was beginning to get locked down. The clubs were being emptied. I did get a number from a fine chica, but didn't figure I'd get here in my building. I wound up running into my day 1 chica that I picked up from Delirium. She looked smoking hot and is just so damn sexy. I told her the issue with my new apartment, but she wanted to go anyway. We got to my building and sure enough if was a no go. I played the stupid gringo and let her talk it out with the female security guard. I don't know what she said, but after about five minutes she was allowed up. The first night she wanted TLN and I wasn't going for it. I pulled the plug last night and it was worth it. Great times last night on the balcony and great morning sex with the waves crashing in the background.

The time has flown by. Only 3 more days. I will be back for sure. I don't understand why some people drag this place so much. I'm paying $55 to bang mostly 22 year olds and have incredibly hot sex. It is some gorgeous women here. I know I'll be back and will visit the other cities. This is my new playground for the near future. And Brazil when it opens up. Now it is time to really refresh my spanish. I get to a certain point and then damn near forget everything. I just need to live here for about 6 months and then I'll be good with the language. A man can dream, right? LOL.
How much are ya paying for the amazing apartment bro?

"Police in Colombia have seized a handgun believed to date back to World War II from a suspected thief.

The man was carrying a Luger P08 Parabellum pistola weapon favored by Nazi officers when he was detained by officers in the coastal city of Cartagena.

Alex Yesid lvarez Prez, 21, is accused of using the weapon, valued at around $28,000, during the attempted robbery of a woman's cellphone. ".
Dumb ladron wouldn't need to rob if he knew what he had and sold it. But he probably stole it too. That and the Walther P38 were nice weapons. I saw a program that said there were some Germans in Colombia during and after WW2. Not just Argentina and Brazil and a couple others way south.

So in that event, who is the legal owner of the gun based on Colombia law, unless, of course, the police can determine its original provenance? Just as a matter of law, I am curious if someone robs a victim using a gun that he can prove belongs to him, if he gets to retain the weapon once charges are resolved. I also wonder if the gun was loaded or if it requires a hard to find calibre of bullets?
I was thinking same, but their law is probably different and will not be returning gun to him. Will be interesting to see how it plays out! Maybe a family member clams it sating it's theirs!

glad you're having a good time....what up what about the restrictions as far as the beach--have you had any luck going to the beach it's a big thing for me? If it's not for the beach I might as well be in Medellin it's much cheaper and the girls are even bette.

They are averaging 300 or more new cases a day in Cartegena, those numbers don't come down they're going to lock it up.

As far as the 21-year-olds yeah I know I had to actually take out my cell phone to show one of them how to give head while she was doing it cuz she really hadn't got a clue...lol

I'm booked for 10 days at the end of next month just hoping that things don't get shut down for too long
